The TENETS OF FAITH

Our Beliefs are:

1. The Word - is the inspired will of God.  (II Timothy 3:16 & 17)
2. God’s Love is Real - we should love one another.(John 3:16;1 John 4:7-11)
3. The God Head - Trinity - unity of Father, Son & Holy Spirit (Deut. 6:4; Mark 12:29)
4. Man- created in the image of God triune being: spirit, soul and body. (Gen. 1:26-31)
5. Salvation- confession with our mouth. (Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8)
6. Water Baptism - Signification of spiritual new birth - by immersion in water (Matthew 28:19; Acts 10:47)
7. The Lord’s Supper - partaking of bread and juice - symbolizing the broken body and shed blood of Jesus Christ as the new covenant between God and man. (1 Cor. 11:24, 25, 28)
8. Infilling of the Holy Ghost  with evidence of speaking in other tongues. The promise of God to all believers and is received after the new birth as the spirit gives utterance.  (Acts 2:4; 19:2-6)
9. The  Church – is the Body of Christ.  All born again believers make up the Body which is the Church.  (Eph. 1:22-23; 2:19-22)
10. Divine Healing – was provided by Jesus at the cross.  Jesus paid the price so we wouldn’t have to suffer.  (I Peter 2:24; Matt. 8:17; Isa. 53:5)
11. Women in Ministry – Women are part of the one body of Christ which is neither male or female with gifts differing according to the grace that is in them.  (Gal. 3:28; Romans 12:4-6)
12. Total Prosperity- III John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper & be in good health, even as thy soul prosperth.  Spiritual: 11 Cor. 5:17-21; John 3:3 Mental: II Timothy 1:7; Romans 12:2; Isa. 6:3 Physical: Isa. 53:5  Financial: Malachi 3:10-11, Luke 6:38 Social:  Prov. 3:4
13. Return of our Lord Jesus Christ – (1 Thess. 4:16-17; Titus 2:13)
14. Millennial Reign of Jesus – (Rev. 19-11-16, 20:1-7)
15. Lake of Fire – Hell (Rev. 20:10-15)

16. The Family –God has Ordained the family as the foundational institution of human society. Marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant intimacy with the ability forprocreation of the human race. (Roman1:24-27 & Ephesians 5:21-25 & Colossians 3: 18-20 & 1Peter 3:1-7
